Rosario Gen. 1 Ch. 5
After the first shock about the second Legacy challenge starting, Morris and his family were able to get back to the normal routines of their lifes. He enjoyed his work as Criminal Mastermind, Mary was trying hard to get her promotions, Edmond went to school and Lena took care of little Cleo and Stanley.
Morris heard the rumours about Cindy Johnson’s strategy to make money, the guesthouse concept, and about the confusion that had been created amongst the audience about who fathered her child. Although it was told Juliette promissed to be a beautiful child, Morris felt like his kids were better off in his traditional little family.
He loved seeing his son Edmond play with his best friend Marsha. She was a bit of a shy girl, but together they came up with the most brilliant stories and inventive plays. He was very proud of his son, who would one day take over this legacy.

Although his wife Mary was very busy working towards her promotions and making money, she still found time to relax and meditate. She knew her results would be better if she took the time to clear her head from time to time. Active as Morris always had been, he couldn’t imitate the difficult poses Mary did while meditating.

Morris himself had given some thought to a career switch lately. Now that he had reached the top of his career, the job didn’t offer as much challenge as it used to. However, he didn’t want to discuss this with his collegues, for fear they might kill him or harm one of his family members.
One day, Morris and the others were discussing ways of laundering their money and spoke of possibilities to use football gambling for it. Morris immediately saw his chance and offered to infiltrate in the athletic scene. He could then supervise the contacts and the networks while the others did the laundering. Fortunately, they accepted his proposal at once and thus Morris returned to his old profession of football player. Although he still wasn’t free from his criminal contacts, he did at least something he liked to do.
Mary was very pleased with this new job, although she knew why Morris had gotten it. Still, it felt more safe than being a criminal mastermind, with a family to take care off. The twins very becoming toddlers that same night and she didn’t like her children to grow up as kids from a criminal.
Just look at how it had affected the Van ‘t Ent family. They had been highly respected in Aalsmeer Valley and now they were no more than a lying, criminal bunch of people. Apparently, everyone had gone their one way, the mother not even taking her own child with her and the child wanting to be away from both her parents. Shame on them! Last thing Mary heard about this family was that Elise seemed to have a lover already, so maybe it wasn’t only Jacob’s criminal activities which caused the family to fall apart. Laura seemed to be a very stable girl though, so maybe she could bring the family together again.
When all was said and done about Morris’ new job and about the latest events at the Aalsmeer Chateau, it was finally time for the twins to grow up. Mary and Morris both held one kid and blew out the candles on one cake and then Cleo and Stanley grew up to become cute little toddlers.

Morris, Mary and Lena had a nice celebration that went on till late in the evening. The next morning, Mary had to get up early, despite her headache, but Morris decided to stay in bed a little longer. He was dozing off, when he suddenly felt someone hugging him and kissing him passionately. At first he didn’t realize who it was, but then he knew only Lena was there with him and she was taking off his underpants!

Although he never had wanted to make WooHoo to the other Marylena, he felt aroused by her actions and too sleepy to really do something about it. It didn’t feel right, but he just let this woman have him and take from him what she had wanted to for so long apparently.

Afterwards, Morris didn’t know what to do. He couldn’t throw Lena out of the house without telling Mary what happened. And that was just the last thing he wanted to do. He had heard her talking about Jacob and Elise Van ‘t Ent yesterday and he knew there could be no excuse. Besides, the family still needed Lena as long as the twins were toddlers. Maybe Lena could leave the family once the twins had become kids without causing suspicion with Mary.
Lena soon discovered she had become pregnant with Morris’ baby. Although she felt sick, she could hardly hide her joy. Finally he had given her the one thing she had always wanted from him, a reward for all her taking care of the children and the house: a baby. She didn’t feel wrong about everything that had happened at all, it was just something she felt very much entitled to.

Soon, she started to show her pregnancy. Morris didn’t dare to speak to Lena about it and Mary didn’t really notice her, being too busy with her promotions. Mary and Lena never had become friends and Mary considered Lena as an in-living nanny without a life of her own. And the kids were too young to notice anything different at all.

Edmond’s birthday was another perfect distraction from Lena’s growing belly. He was to become the heir to the family legacy and everyone was curious what he would chose as his aspiration, especially Morris. Being too busy with working and everything, Mary didn’t take time to make a cake. She had just become a business tycoon and her company had purchased a little hospital. Mary wanted to know from inside what was going on in the medical field and had started another career.
Finally the moment was there and Edmond grew up to be a handsome teenager. He told his parents and Lena he wanted to have as many friends as possible and to become known as a very popular guy. Morris did approve of his choice although he thought by himself that other aspirations were more suitable to support the legacy.

Soon afterwards, Lena went into labour. She had been really shocked when the pain became very difficult to deal with. Lucky for her only Morris and Edmond were at home. During the labour pains, Morris told his son in short what had happened and made him promiss never to tell anyone, especially no his mother. Edmond promissed, being a loyal son to his father.

Then Lena delivered a little baby girl, Monica. She had the same skin and eyes as Morris and so it would be obvious who the father was. Morris cuddled his second daughter for the first and last time and then helped Lena packing her things.

When Mary returned from work, Morris told her Lena had left because she felt her task was done as the twins had grown up too. She had gotten another job at another family, but she would visit some time to say goodbye to her, Mary. Mary thought there was something strange about the story, but she was fine with it. She wouldn’t really miss Lena.
Besides, during nightshifts Mary had been thinking about renovating their house. It had been crammy and full and cheap ever since the children were born and Lena came to live with them. Now, would be the perfect time to change the house into a more practical and comfortable one. She convinced Morris of her plans and called the constructors to make it all happen.
Within a few weeks, a new Rosario home was build and the family was very happy with it.

In the meantime, Edmond had been working hard on making new friends. Among them was one girl that he saw more than others: Brandi LeTourneau, the grocery shop girl. Apparently she liked to come over to him too and they stayed outside for some hugging and kissing. Edmond knew he wanted to be with this girl for a very long time and invited her a lot.

Then it was time for the twins to become teenagers as well. Although they wouldn’t inherit, everyone was curious as to which aspiration they would choose. Morris and Mary were sure the twins wouldn’t choose the same, because they weren’t that similar. They both had other interests.
When the moment was finally there, Stanley choose to become a family man, find a wife to have lots of kids with. Mary and Morris could relate to that. They were really shocked though at the choice of their only daughter: to pursue a life of romance!

The Rosario family threw a big party, also because it would be the last evening that Edmond was at home. The next morning he would go to SimState university with his girlfriend Brandi. Everyone came to congratulate the twins and to say goodbye to Edmond. He was hanging out in the music room with some of his friends. The others were dancing in the livingroom.

Unfortunately for Edward, the party wasn’t a huge success. Maybe when he went to University, he would learn how to throw a good party.

Why did lena have those electricity markings all over her in the birthing picture and after?

Ok I’m a bit confused; did the 2nd Marylena take her daughter Monica with her when she moved?
Missed reading about your Legacy families although your kingdom families are quite entertaining also.

@ Lil: The electricity markings are a glitch caused by the lie finding machine. She was using it when it broke down and had these bolts until I moved her out.
@ PRMami: Sorry if I was unclear about it, but yes, Lena took Monica with her. They will both return when I start playing the satellite house
Great to hear to liked reading about my Legacy families, and my Kingdom stories too
