Main events of the week
It’s never too late for a new beginning, that’s what Geert Goudzoeker must have thought when he proposed to Ivy Copur.
Lucky for him, she accepted his proposal right away and agreed to become Mrs. Goudzoeker as soon as Geert had found his own place.

They had a quiet ceremony at their new home and not even Hilda, Geert’s daughter, was invited. They didn’t seem to be that close ever since Hilda became Mrs. GilsCarbo. Maybe that was what influenced Geert to want a new family for himself too. There wouldn’t be Goudzoeker babies for quite some time, unless Geert and Ivy did something about it.

Ivy was pregnant very soon and in between her studies, she gave birth to Geert’s son Hans. Notice the strange cap Ivy is wearing? She claims it helps her concentrate on her studies and learn the skills. Oh well, that woman will never be happy until she has maxed out 7 skills.

And so, after Hans was born, Ivy continued her studies and Geert enjoyed family life and his easel. He realized he had become very good at painting and that he made quite a fortune out of it. In the meantime Ivy had become pregnant again. But since the nanny still came on workdays, Ivy spent almost all maternity leave studying.

However, she did find time to celebrate Hans’ birthday and to see her son turn into a lovely toddler.

Soon, it was time for Ivy to give birth again. This time, Ivy and Geert got a daughter. They called her Ida. Ivy felt her family was pretty complete now, but Geert wasn’t so sure yet. However, Ivy was due for a promotion so she left for work right after Ida was born.
