I’m sad to announce that I have had to reinstall the Sims and delete everything I had. Due to some downloads that I had gotten recently, the Rosario family got bugged for the second time. In fact, my whole game-partition of the computer was acting strange, demanding check disk at every start-up of my computer.

I couldn’t even analyse if a defragmentation was necessary. Finally I managed to do so and discovered also some very strange files that were defragmented. That’s when I decided that it was safest to clean out every download and with that the game. I had used the downloads everywhere in my game and this computer really is the family computer with our photo’s and my BF’s games too. I didn;t want to take any risk.

I reinstalled the game and some necessary hacks from Variousimmers. And that’s all! I also started a new Legacy, with a YA this time.

Soon you will meet with Anna Flowers, a knowledge sim with a lifetime want of becoming Chief of staff. I have played her almost through college already (to give in to my feeling of making up for my lost families ), so I will start posting about her soon, probably on this blog. I might change the lay-out of this blog or get another one, I’m not sure yet.

Although Komei’s stay hadn’t been a success, at least it had provided me with enough money to build an addition to the house. It was good to have your own home, built the way you like it. I sat down in the living room, which wasn’t so crampy any more and started to catch up on the newspapers.

Apparently I had missed the news of Jacob and Elise Van ‘t Ent and their temporary break-up. The article told that Elise was living now at the apartments where Abhijeet was living. So when the rumours about her new lover were unfolded, I already had a feeling who that could be. I noticed I felt a bit sorry for Jacob too. He had done his best to provide his family with everything they needed and he was treated like that and left alone.

I hadn’t finished reading all the articles when … speaking of Jacob …. he was standing in front of my door, asking to talk to me. I didn’t want him to come into my house, because it was a bit messy so I spoke to him on the lawn. He told me his side of the story and my heart went out to him. Although he didn’t speak about Elise and her mystery lover, I could see he was hurt and needed comfort. When he was done talking, he seemed more relieved. I said I had to go, because Juliette would come home any time now. I promissed him that he could come back some other time if he wanted to and kissed him just because he seemed so lonely.

Now that Juliette was a cute toddler, I hade even more fun with her. Although it took quite some time, I enjoyed teaching her to walk and talk and to potty train her. Apparently, she was a bright girl, because she managed to learn all those things just fine.

Although I still saw Sheldon from time to time, I knew I shouldn’t meet him more often. Staying with only one man seemed way to boring for me. Besides, having a good relationship with the repairman can come in handy too.
